The professional and prompt service and responsiveness was number 1. After experiencing winter damage, Jared Langley was great in coordinating all necessary resources as well as communicating with our Insurance Adjuster with Safeco. Between the two of them, we were able to go through this experience with a lot less frustration then if we had gone with someone else. All service providers we worked with through this experience were above average in their customer service, even when we made multiple calls to them in one day, due to our OCD nature. Quite a few rooves in our area had significant damage from a recent hail storm. We spoke with several companies in an effort to determine if our roof needed to be replaced.
