Our Story

Langley Construction & Development (formerly Jared Langley Enterprises, Inc.) has been a fixture in the Missoula & Hamilton and surrounding MT areas construction scene since its humble beginnings. Founded by Jared Langley while he was still in high school, Jared Langley Roofing started as a one-man operation. Jared quickly earned a reputation for delivering quality roofing and remodeling services, which led to a growing base of satisfied homeowners throughout the region.


As demand grew, Jared Langley Roofing evolved into Jared Langley Enterprises, eventually expanding into custom home building and commercial construction. In 1999, P & L Homes/Development was founded, which later became Langley Construction & Development. Over the years, we’ve developed expertise in every aspect of construction—from custom homes and commercial buildings to subdivisions and land development.
